Shipping Information

Carrier and Shipping Time:

All Dream Bunny Bedding orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Select or Ground. Orders are shipped within three (3) business days of purchase unless stated otherwise on website or product page. Orders are expected to arrive 3-7 days after shipping (based upon shipping method and barring any unforeseen circumstances once shipping carrier takes possession.)

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs range from $6-15 per item(s) and are calculated accordingly based upon weight per item(s) and shipping within the United States. Pillow shipping costs are typically higher, but we work to find the most economical method to ensure the lowest cost to our customers. If applicable, free shipping may be offered periodically, with a provided code.

*Currently, Dream Bunny Bedding does not ship outside the United States. 

Order Packaging:

All Dream Bunny Bedding orders are folded, rolled, or compressed, and placed inside a clear cellophane package and sealed. It is then placed in a tear- and water-proof poly mailer package and sealed for shipping. Orders may contain informative postcards or fliers, discount codes and/or new product updates. 

Packages are prepared neatly to be received by any intended Recipient, should this be shipped as a gift. Receipts will not be included in shipped package.


Refund Policy

Dream Bunny Bedding strives for satisfaction with every placed order. Should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in brand new condition and not have been used, worn or washed. Returned items will be fully inspected upon receipt to ensure the Refund Policy has been met, prior to a refund being issued. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless it is a manufacturing defect or shipment mistake on our part. 

Due to the handmade nature and limited inventory of some products, exchanges may not be possible. Our team can assist with this should a replacement product be available.
